This project was first announced around 2003 whilst in 2006 with Ziyi Zhang to play the young Chinese woman who masquerades as being a man so as to join the army. Later, rumors arose that Michele Yeoh and Chow Yun-Fat would be reteaming the 1st time since Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Production still hasn't started and there hasn't even been any updated news since last year. That doesn't mean it are not made, needless to say.
